Your privacy

VNTRCL uses your account details to manage access and your study activity to save sessions and show your progress.

Account and study information

WorkOS handles sign-in, email verification and authentication sessions. VNTRCL stores your account email, access status, role and any access-request details you provide. Approved administrators manage access decisions.

Your saved collections, answers, study sessions, notes and progress belong to your account. Other students cannot view your private study history. Staff access to individual study performance is restricted to the master administrator.

VNTRCL uses Convex for application data and Railway to serve the website and app. These services process the information needed to provide the application.

Public discussion and reports

Question comments are visible to other approved students after answering or revealing the question. Your public comment name is the name you choose in Settings, or Student if you have not chosen one. Your sign-in email is not your public comment name.

You can edit or delete your own comments. Edited comments are marked. Deleting a comment hides its text while preserving replies. Moderators can review previous or removed text for 30 days. It is then hidden from those views and cleared by scheduled cleanup.

Reports go to the moderation queue. Moderators can review the reported content; account email details are restricted to administrators who manage access. Do not put patient identifiers, passwords or sign-in codes in comments or reports.

Your controls

Open Settings to change your public comment name, choose an appearance and sign out. Signing out ends your current app session; it does not delete your account or study history.

Study history is kept while your account exists. Public discussion may be retained under Deleted account after an account is deleted so that replies and learning discussions still make sense.

Use Delete account to check availability and request permanent removal of your account and personal study data. An accepted request pauses access and continues in the background after sign-out. Visible discussion remains under Deleted account; previously hidden comments remain hidden.

Deletion and backups

Copies of deleted account and study data in exports and backups managed by VNTRCL expire within 30 days. After a database restore, access stays blocked until deletion has been reapplied. Minimal protected denial records prevent deleted accounts from being recreated by old sessions.

Private comment history remains available to moderators for up to 30 days after an edit or removal. Convex and WorkOS internal backups follow their own retention policies; VNTRCL does not promise physical deletion of those provider-internal copies within 30 days.
